CCR Management

CCR Management www.ccrmanagement.com supports the Woodledge at Whitford Hills Community and Board of Directors in achieving community goals, monitoring for adherence to the governing documents including the By Laws, and Covenants and assist the Board in implementing decisions.

 

CCR Management provides financial services support including maintaining the operating accounts, preparing monthly financial services, bank reconciliation and assist in the budget preparation. CCR also supports the billing and collection of assessments, secures quotes & negotiates contracts for vendor services, prepares homeowner mailings, maintain Association and homeowner records, prepares resale certificates such as the 5407, prepares settlement letters, enforces deed restrictions, attends Board meetings, organizes annual meeting and elections and serves a liaison between the Board and homeowners.

Jane Wismer is Woodledge at Whitford Hills community manager. Jane serves the Woodledge Homeowners Association directly as a liaison between the Board of Directors and each individual Homeowner. Jane is assisted by Martha Parker.
